We, the bona fide Filipino Expatriate Workers professionally involved in the real estate industry as well as entrepreneurs having their own business activities weather by affiliation or principal ownership in the State of Qatar, in order to form a more united action in professionalizing our property related business / endeavours, establish a better understanding among ourselves, promote the general welfare and interest of our fellow real estate practitioners, develop a social community amongst ourselves do hereby ordain and adopt the following endeavours:
- To strengthen, develop & maintain high working standards of all Filipino expatriate workers in Qatar under the legal & professional practice of local real estate leasing, sales, property management, small & medium enterprise operators, online & retail sales, network marketers, and service providers to include improvement of the image of Filipino real estate practitioners & entrepreneurs to be the real estate agent & business partners of choice in the State of Qatar.
- To strengthen, develop & maintain high working standards of all Filipino expatriate workers with the profession of selling real estate projects & investment opportunities in the Philippines and other countries to the State of Qatar to include proper adherence to all laws, rules & regulations imposed by the concerned governments in connection to the sale of Philippine properties to the overseas market.
- To assist the Philippine Government through the Philippine Embassy In Doha or any industry related institution in promoting the real estate investment opportunities, tourism industry and all other economic opportunities in the Philippines as well as all other causes as requested for by the Philippine Embassy in Doha including but not limited to assistance to distressed OFWs, property related arbitration, civic duties and all others lawful acts and deeds.
